There are three connections that every man needs in his life –- connection to the

Father through Jesus, connection with a Bible-believing community of believers,

and a connection with a smaller “Peter, James, John” intimate group. If any of one

of these three connections suffer, then a man will never discover the fullness of

God. This is where Men of Valor enters the scene.

Men of Valor desires for each man of TGR to grow in a deeper relationship with

Jesus to impact the earth with the gospel. In these smaller groups of men,

multiplication will be the focus as the cross is in the center. Jesus commanded in

Matthew 28:18-20 to “go and make disciples of all nations”. He did not command

“go and build churches”, “go attend church” but “go and make disciples”. Jesus

was basically saying, “go reproduce yourselves in others”. Men of Valor will keep

the end result in mind which is to make disciples that reproduce and make

disciples. We do not need a mission statement because gave us our marching

orders.

Men of TGR will be meeting in homes across Gibson County on a weekly basis to

pray, study the Word of God, encourage one another, and create accountability for

the sole purpose to know Christ in a deeper way. It is a goal of MOV to have

groups meeting in each town in Gibson County by the end of 2023.
